AWWWARDS

As an integral part of the world-famous Iv San Bernard ACADEMY, PetOnline is an international store that offers premium products to pet groomers, owners, breeders, and veterinarians. With their team of international champions and specialists from various areas of hairdressing and "master" design techniques, they educate with an emphasis on correct care techniques in dermatology, derma cosmetology, and ozone therapy. They advise choosing suitable cosmetics, tools, and equipment for pets and provide various training in the professional care of small animals.

Our goal was to create a website that would quickly identify customers' needs, record their pets' medical cards and offer high-quality products ideal for their pets. We took special care of our business customers by providing them with an extensive dashboard that tracks their spending and benefits over time. We extended their brand with a new set of friendly illustrations and distinctive typography that can be very well utilized both on the web and in print. We also dedicated a lot of effort to developing their brand style manual and social media templates.

Personalized
Quizes

We implemented an optional personalization quiz to enrich the customer shopping journey by recommending products based on their quiz results. A quiz is the first step in differentiating product customers and identifying their needs. The possibility of adding more than one pet allows customers to find what they need for their loved ones quickly. Results are stored prominently in user profiles as their pets' medical cards.

Defining a vision for product and partnership

Already a worldwide leader in brick-and-mortar retail, IKEA’s leadership partnered with Work & Co to accelerate their digital transformation. Our team’s first task was to develop a cohesive and tech-savvy vision and strategy around which the global organization could align. We began a months-long process of research and brainstorming and problem solving.
