With a mission of reimagining transportation and paving the way into a green, sustainable future, Magnum eBikes stands out in the market by offering top quality yet affordable electric bikes, with custom-designed and welded frames and carefully-sourced and tested premium quality components from Samsung, Shimano, and other top-tier manufacturers. Magnum bikes can be found in over 250 locations across the U.S. and in several international markets, including Switzerland, Israel, and New Zealand.

The goal was to refresh the past digital experience of the Magnum website. We achieved it by highlighting the essential features and beauty of their new lineup of e-bikes. That enabled users to choose the purpose of the bike themselves and modes and gears that suit their needs.

Website Goals

01 BUILD AWARENESS

Present the company’s vision, mission, core values, and how Magnum eBikes stand out from the competition. Showcase the features and satisfied customer stories in attractive ways. Showcase Magnum eBikes and all their features to customers in an easy-to-follow stream of information. Communicate that the product is designed in-house and communicate core product strengths.

02 INCREASE ONLINE SALES

Provide customers with the knowledge and ability to buy and assemble bikes with as much autonomy as possible. Sell accessories. Quiz/cookies, sizing with references & videos, various eBike categorizations, bike specs & manuals, shipping & assembly options, warranty registration, part compatibility indicator, upsell during checkout (step by step).

03 PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Establish pre-sales support: Immortal content + Information architecture + help desk + live support to address all the questions customers ask.Establish after-sales support: Human customer support is available for all customers + the help desk FAQ section.
